I wasn't booked in for repairs untill Wednesday but I rang asking if I could drop car off any earlier as I was worried how long the repair would take even tho they said they were booked up they still said I could bring it in a day early so they could look at the problem if they had time and order the part needed in which they did and rang me later that day with the issue and cost then fixed my car by the Wednesday lunch time!”

In fact there wasn't any issue with the modulator as advised by other well known chain of garages. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the repairs. The staff at Alan Watkins (particularly Holly + Ryan) were all incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & professional at all times during the repair process. By 4pm on Thursday the replacement clutch and all necessary associated parts had been sourced & fitted by the team and the car was ready for pick up. Incredible service for a very reasonable price considering the work involved. I can't recommend this place highly enough - certainly worthy of the 5 stars!!”

“This was my first time using this garage I had a engine management light came on on my vaxhall corsa 1.2 I gave them a ring and was asked to call in which I did on arrival Anna the receptionist had someone looking at it in a few minutes and had the problem diagnosed within a a short time I, dropped my car to them and the faulty part was replaced..
